Pets Help Sell Manhattan Apartments
By CONSTANCE ROSENBLUM
Contrary to received wisdom, some brokers say, pets can help sell Manhattan apartments by making buyers feel at home.

  1. When I started looking at Manhattan apartments 2 years ago, I was overwhelmed by the choices. One day, while viewing a one bedroom on the Upper East Side, I was greeted by a chipper cocker spaniel. That apartment just seemed to have a glow about it that set it apart from other stuffy City apartments. Needless to say, I fell in love and have been living there ever since.
